If you are (or become) an MSL Care client
When we look after your IT, we handle personal data on your behalf. Every Care client gets a written data processing agreement that sets out:
- What we process and why
- Security measures
- Sub-processors
- Breach notification
- Help with data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and IT-related GDPR policies
The agreement is discussed with you and tailored to your Care plan (Essential, Partner or Complete). Care Complete includes more included support hours and a quarterly IT review with a data protection check (access, suppliers, open risks and DPIAs for new or changed systems). We are not your Data Protection Officer and we do not give legal advice — you stay responsible for your own compliance.
Paid services are governed by the MSL Care Services Agreement and that data processing agreement, not by these website pages.
