Common questions about Care
Straight answers before you pick up the phone.
What hours are included in Care Partner and Complete?
Partner includes 4 hours of remote support per month; Complete includes 8. Unused hours do not roll over. Essential has no included hours — support is billed at the published ad-hoc rate.
What is out of scope of the Care list price?
Microsoft 365 licences, major projects, office moves, new Wi-Fi installs, and similar project work are quoted separately. The calculator notes these as separate from the Care monthly total.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Essential can start from 1 user. Partner and Complete have a 5-user minimum — the calculator enforces that when you pick those tiers.
How long is the contract, and what about setup fees?
Setup is £49 Essential / £250 Partner / £500 Complete, waived on a 12-month agreement. We will confirm terms on a short scoping call before anything is signed.
Do you come on-site in Grimsby?
Yes. Remote-first for most issues; on-site across Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire when needed. Remote support is available UK-wide.
Do you provide a written DPA / GDPR terms with Care?
Yes. Care Complete includes GDPR/DPA support as part of the tier. Every Care client gets written data-processing terms — we are ICO registered (ZC279345).
How do we leave if Care is not the right fit?
We keep exit simple and documented. Notice periods and handover steps are set out in the agreement so you are never locked into something that does not work.
Does the monthly total include VAT?
The published Care list prices and calculator totals are shown without VAT language on this site. We will confirm the exact commercial terms on your quote.
